My computer crashed and when I tried to import the backup file I have on another server I get the error on the attached photo. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Due to the public holiday (All Saints' Day) on Monday in Italy, Incomedia staff are not expected to be available again until Tuesday.
This is what the AI says about the error message, see

Overview with AI
The error message "End of Central Directory record could not be found" means that the file opened or imported by WebSite X5 (usually a project file with the .iwzip extension) is corrupted, incomplete, or not a valid ZIP archive.
WebSite X5 saves projects in a compressed ZIP format. If the program cannot read the end of this file, the read or import operation will fail.

Hello Eric,
I am sorry about the issue.
This error is usually associated with incomplete or corrupt IWZIP files where parts of the code contained in the main project file is missing.
Do you have other recent backup files, or do you still have a project folder on the computer?
I remain available.

Hello Eric C.,
I was unaware that the software stored files other than the backups. The software was sending all the backups to an external server and those are the files that are not working. I have no idea were the project files would be. I don't recall the software ever asking for a project file location for storage.
Hello,
by default the software stores project at C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro.
Perhaps by backups you are actually referring to these files, or are the files you mentioned being stored in an external server the IWZIP files manually being generated by using Export the project in Step 5 - Export?

Hello Eric C.,
Would the system list tht as an (IWPRJ2 file) and if so can that file be opened and or imported back into the software?
Hello,
an .iwprj2 file alone cannot be used to import a project, it would need to be inside of a project folder.
The default path I mentioned should contain these folders, unless it was manually changed.
You can check this in the Preferences settings.
