PayPal - buyer's address problem

How do I get the buyers address from the cart to be sent to PayPal for inclusion with the payment details?
At the moment the recipts come from PayPal with a note saying they have no record of the buyers address, this normaly does not matter to us but today one of the orders has 'gone missing'. We have an order number and we have received the payment via PayPal but we have not had the order details. I can workout what the order was from the price and the server logs, but we don't have the delivery address. Unfortunately the person ordering the equipment has used someone else's PayPal account and email - hopefully they are in easy contact with each other and he/she checks their emails regularly...

I'm sorry for the late reply, hope you've already managed to find the correct buyer.
Maybe the mail from the site was into the spam or was deleted by mistake, please write back if it happens again.

The buyer phoned us and gave the shipping address a couple of days later. She had completed the order correctly and clicked the link to go to PayPal, paid and gone back to our site, but she didn't get the order email either.
I have tried to replicate the fault, but everything is working OK for me no matter what I do in the process. I have checked the server logs and cannot find any errors. I can only assume that the server email system must have stopped for a short time during the send and the email got lost. The mail is sent from the order system to several email addresses both private and business so that one of us will always pick them up.
I would be grateful if someone could shed some light onto the cause of this problem in case it happens again.
