Hello there,

Lately, I am posting many questions, because I am finding several things that I cannot understand or change. Here is one other thing:

When I test an order i go through these steps:

  1. Click on the little cart image to add the product in the cart
  2. Select the Payment and Shipping choice
  3. Enter Customer data (Information)
  4. I view the report on the order (address and other info) and click Next
  5. In Step 5, where the Order is supposed to be completed,

I see on top of the page this text:

"Your order has been correctly sent and will be processed as soon as possible.

An e-mail will be sent to you with all the data entered as well as shipment instructions and payment details.

In order to track your order, please note your Order Number

120420-MH44"

Then, below it I see the PayPal or other payment option with the PayPal button.

Two questions here:

  • IMPORTANT - How and where can I change the text above (in italics)? I don't want that exact same text there, since the order has not been processed yet, because the customer has not paid yet. They have to go to Pay Now button below to pay, but the text that I am referring makes the customer think that the order is done.
  • How can I put the Payment method above the text in this step (Step 5 - Order completed)

Thank you,

Agron,

P.S.: Please read my post again if it's not very clear, and also try to go through the steps so that you see what I am writing every step of the way.

I think I found the answer to my first question. In the first step (General Settings), next to Content Language field there is a small button. Click on it and scroll down (go down a little more than the middle of the screen). In the right side, find "Step 5 - Order completed" and below it, you can just click to make the field editable and type whatever you wish to display in the customer order page for Step 5.

Good work Incomedia Team! I didn't know you could edit this...
