I have just purchased the copy of Website x5 evolution 9.0.6.1775, and i am registered but can't put my activation code in. A couple of the pictures in the sites i built turned black and white and say unregistered. My email is ***, reference number: 31651893 Please help

Your licence key has not been registered correctly. Please delete the old version of the program if you have any from your computer before you start to install your licence. After, please launch your program and add your licence key then add you email address in order to register it correctly. You will then have to validate your email in order to complete the process.

I did delete the program off but it didn't prompt anywhere i can put the licence key, what do i do next, because i have a website i have done and some of the pictures are in black and white. Soory for the delayed response.
