Is it possible to show on the page Adobe Acrobat file that is in my computer using the build it widget? How to do it? I was trying that but it asks to insert URL to the file... so I'm assuming this file would need to be somewhere on web. Is this correct?

You're correct. Upload the pdf file on your server, take note of the path and link it in the widget.
It works fine: take a look at my bowling league website weekly reports:
http://www.hydroquilles.net/classement-general.html
That's a pdf file linked with the pdf widget.

Ok I understand but in which folder exactly you put your pdf?
On my server I have created a folder called pdf. I export all my pdf files in that folder , using Filezilla. You can use the folder you want.

It might be good to mention that Bernard placed the pdf link in an iFrame in the widgit object. You do nothave to place it in an iFrame, but if you do not, then the pdf will take up the entire page and not stay in the confines of your page layout.

James, one more question... can you clear up how to place my pdf in the iFrame, I'm looking around it in my ws5 but can not see anything like that.
If I may add: the widget it's the widget itself who place the pdf file in iFrame. I didnt change anything to the code generated by the widget, since I was satisfied with the results.
Take a look at the code generated by the widget. You'll see what I mean.

HiYa Robert,
To palce the iFrame structure on you page you put a HTML/Widget object on the page where you want the pdf to show. See the attached jpg for more info. Hope this helps.
These widgets are OK!
