thank you for the info! Please go into this section C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolutionand delete the language.xml file. Then add the one I have attached to this post instead.

Make sure you do not have another version of the program on your computer (ex.demo, smart, free) before you start, then launch the installation.
