Hi,
I have updated from version 8 to 9 and made a custom template as my version 8 one was no longer supported. Now I have a blank space I cannot get rid of. It is below about 3/4 way down the page below the enquiry section.
Here is the website:www.ausb.com.au
I have checked all of my margin setting and cannot find the cause.
Please advise how I can fix this problem.
Thankyou,
John

Hi J!
Could you please kindly send me your project or upload it on your server and give me its details so that I may download it.
If you wish to send it, please send it to file@answers.websitex5.com and add your post number (29838) + my name in the email object. I will send it to our technical department and give you a response as soon as possible.
Thank you!
FINALLY!!!!
Someone else has turned up with the same fault I have been having ever since I got X5 V9!!
What I do to rid of this gap? (Yes another work-a-round)
Go inside of the X5 Mail Form and click on each tab.... Just rummage round clicking things and PREVIEW whilst inside the form it will eventually go back to normal!!
Then and only then....... UPLOAD!!

Thanks for your suggestion Cheeky Man however it did not fix the problem for me.
I hope there is a fix soon.
John.
I've had this ever since the first Beta we tested and no one else has reported it.
With this seemingly only happening to me it was discarded as a problem.... But as time went on I noticed it more and more. On uploading I sometimes notice the gap afterwards and have had to open my project again to adjust the mail form.....
I'm using Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit
It does right itself eventually after a few minutes rummaging round but it's most annoying at times....

Thanks Cheeky Man. I will keep trying your solution and report back if it sorts itself out.
Hi J,
I apologise for making you wait. Our technical team has analised your project, here's what they discovered: the blank space you have on the bottom of your page, is there because you have placed 7 different lines in your gallery object but then, you placed a number of thumbnails that can cover only 5 lines. For this reason, there are 2 extra lines in the project that create a blank space.
Please try to delete them and let me know if I can help you any futher.
Thanks!
