Hi support team,

A few weeks ago (September 2011) I've purchased and registered your product "Website X5 Evolution V8".

According to the site I'm able to download V9 from the site, before the 4th of October, free of charge.

But for some reason my registration number '***' is not accepted.

What can I do to get the free upgrade anyway?
