I would like to be able place a script in the header section of all pages. Can this be done and if so how?

i have search for this general settings and it was problemsatic. It can be added to every site indywidual but i haven't found this option to make it one for all pages. Maybe screen? I just could missed something while searching
Look fellow I've been using this program for years!
I've told you where it is and how to put it in....
Because it doesn't leap out at you and YOU don't know what you are doing.
Why not just follow what a user KNOWS to be CORRECT!!
