could you please provide me with a screenshot of the problem? Saying "on some MAC computers" you mean visualize the site with safari on a mac? Please put a simple page online so I can check the problem.

Related to the second question: you can activate the "captcha" field in the "sending" tab of the Form Email module.

thanks for your response.  I will have a go but i have to admit i am still confused! I will try to do a screenshot but dont know how to. You may have guessed i am very much self taught with this and dont understand all of the technical jargon. 

How do i put a simple page online like you have suggested?

screen shot attached.  people on mac computers and sometimes over computers have no 'send' or 'reset' button showing so are not able to submit the data.

I checked your site site and actualy with Safari and Chrome the buttons seems not present in the page. If you try to zoom the page (press CTRL + on your keyboard) you'll see that the buttons are present but were just under the footer and hence not visible. The problem could be related to some fixed height set in some objects in this page or maybe is a browser related problem. The latter case is possibile bacause the version used to make your website is Evolution 7 whose support stopped years ago, hence over the years is possible that browsers have changed something and the Version 7 wasn't updated anymore and becuase of this is not fully compatible.

Seen that you have two objects in that page, you can try to put them in two separate columns instead of just in one column.

If you want to be sure to have completely support for the new browsers and technologies you can take a look at the last version of website, the Evolution 9 version at http://www.websitex5.com/en/evolution-9.html

I'm afraid you're right, in evolution 7 there's no option to add the captcha to the email form.
