Is there a way to lock the header and menu and just scroll the frame where the content is?

I jus want the frame where the content is to move (or scroll up and down) and the header and menu to stay still. Is there a way to do it?

Says here you are using a DEMO?? Have you registered...
This feature is not currently supported automaticaly.
You can create a new page, for each page, and set it to remove the style thru the page properties.
Once you have this page set you can embed it into the main page thru a HTML object.
