I have purchased a new computer and am trying to install my software. It is asking me for the unlock code and all I can seem to find is the product code: ***

When you press for the unlock code it appears on here in your Profile under "Licenses" using the same email address and password you used to register V8 with OK!!

have you taken a look at your profile already?
click on your name and then on the right column you have a section concerning your personal licenses. there you will find the unlock code
