Hi,

I create a special request form and put it in the locked page. When customer access this page with their username and password, then fill and submit a request form - I must see his username and delete it from reserved area (it's because for every username is available only one request).

Regarding this I have a follow questions:

1. To see a username I have idea to add a field "username" in my request form. But this is not so good, because then customer must input the same information twice (when login to locked page and when submit form). Are there any other possibility to see from which logged username submitted form are came.

2. How to make request form available only once with the same username immediately. If I will do it manually it always will take a long time.
