E mail form issue

I have created a new website with several e mail contact forms on different pages to different addresses. but the e mail is not being sent or receipt issued. the settings are the same for my other sites created and they work okay. I have attached a snapshot if anyone can help?

Did you copy forms ? If you use multiple forms and e-mails it's better not to copy but create separatly. Is it the same website provider or a different one? It could also be a script problem with your provider. If so you can in step 0 at preferences try to change the scripts for e-mail. (you need to uplaod again to test this)

Thanks guys it turned out the server was not set up for mail forms
