I have a email form on my site that has been working for 2 years. The user inputs data and hits send an an email is sent. All of a suddent 2 emails are being generated.
I have (a) changed the email on the form
(b) deleted the form and re written it
(c) deleted the page and added a new form but all result in 2 emails being sent
I use version 8.0.16

Hello Rod,
Probably something changed on the Server and now it's generating this issue. You can try to change the Script Type for your email form and test which one gives the best results.
Low Quality Server Script Type
It is possible to test this solution by downloading the IMEMAIL.INC.PHP file and unzipping it to overwrite the original one: www.websitex5.com/download/v8/imemail.inc_nrR.zip
Send text only
You can use this alternative of IMEMAIL.INC.PHP that sends messages as only text. Obviously you can't neither get the message formatted in HTML nor use the attachments: www.websitex5.com/download/v8/imemail.inc_v7.zip
The file we are talking about is called IMEMAIL.INC.PHP, you can find it in the RES subdirectory in the installation folder of the program.

All of sudden no emails can be sent using the email form
I have downloaded ww.websitex5.com/download/v8/imemail.inc_nrR.zip and tried it - not a thing the same with www.websitex5.com/download/v8/imemail.inc_v7.zip
Desperate a downloaded the complete version of Evolution 8.0.16 again
same problem
I reall need help on this one
