Dynamic Titles for the blog is possible? in other blogs, teh page title changes with the blog post, but in x5, it remains the same, is there any option, or way by which the page title becomes teh blog post title.?

At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.

is there a way by which i can do it manually for my blog posts...by exporting teh site to a folder,,and then editing it manually...?

Unofrtunately the pages are generated automatically when requested and so it is not possible to edit them manually.

so the new update of x5 needs to have to generate the title depending on the blog post in order to happen dynamic title.
