Pictures not published when uploading

Why the picture when published are distorted? When I preview the site within the software are fine but when I publish them some are distorted and some are not shown at all. Thanks

Have you the software officially acquired, or bought from somebody.
Could point to software cracked.

Try to uninstall the program and then download the latest installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in "Downloads" and then install it again.
When you uninstall it delete also the folder WebSite X5 in program files and the incomedia folder in C:/Users/Your username/AppData/Local
