Problem with the store email confirmation

i have problem with the software, is installed in 2 computers and both are the same problem, i have a online store, when somebody buy an item in my two store, te web form is only send to the buyer not to my email and i need this to check whic item this person bought... also i dont knoe where to find the item number, if i can find this will be nice too.. please help
i try it wiht another email and the person who buy receive the confirmation email, but not the owner of the web.. i only receive the one who come from paypal, but not the one from the website.
one of my web is in one.com, and the other is host in another hosting server.. and both has the same problem

Please check if the emails are notsent to the spam folder and try with other email services to checi if there the email arrives. Please post me also the link to your stores so that I can check them.
