How do you set the inventory level?

I have most of the site built but I don't see how you would control purchases based on your inventory level.

As an example: If I have only 1 stuffed toy left and one person buys it, can the software suspend other people from buying the same item again?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have this feature with WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
You can update the products or add the information in the product desctription that it if the product finishes the orders will not be accepted.
