Where do I find the username to use for the /admin section?
. . . did you select *Admin* and click on *edit* in *Access Management* or use F1 ?

I am not sure what you mean. I set myself up as a 'new user' in the 'administrator' section of the access 'management' section. However, I have tried using the username I input and the password the program created several times to log into the /admin section. It is not working.
. . . possibly used *special signs* in name or password ?

No, I did not - just letters and numbers.
Could it have anything to do with the fact that my web hosting service blocks the xmlrpc.php script by default?
Hello Claudia,
Did you try to access using the user "Admin" (the one created by default by the software)? You can get its password in the Access Management at step 4.
When you try to login in the administration section, which kind of error is shown? Do you see a white page or you're simply redirected back to the login page?
If you see a white page, it means that your site is not completely updated to version 9.0.2. To update it, run WSX5 and load the project. Click CTRL+Preview ans export the entire site (not only the updates) on your server. Then try again to login.
If you're redirected to the login page, it could be a session related problem, but it should happen with every account you use to access to the admin page.
Keep me informed!
Thank you!

Thanks for the detailed answer and sorry for being so slow getting back to you. I am redirected back to the login page.
Hi Claudia,
Can you send me the iwprj file of your project? You can find it in the project's folder.I'll try to find what's happening in it and let you know. I also need to know which users are showing this problem.
Also, I suggest you to contact your hosting provider and ask them if there are sessions related issues.
Thank you!

Hi Claudio,
How can I send you the file. If I try to attach the file or put it in a zip and then attach it I am told that files of this type cannot be uploaded.
Thanks,
Claudia
Hello Claudia,
If the file is too large, just send it to file@answers.websitex5.com. Type "To Claudio N." in the subject and provide a link to this topic inside the email body.
Thank you!
