Greetings sir?

what is the problem with this 2 images :( ?

pelase check out the attached 2 zip file..

there is 2 png file.

when i inserting. "App-04.png" in text object it is placing correctly at it's original size (256x256)

but when i inserting "App-06.png" in text object object it's autometically enlarge it to 341x341 and thus it's looks bad :(

but why .. both are same dimension (size in pixels)..

what thet ....? i can't even upload (attach) zip file? why this limitaion ?

Hello,

The image file headers were corrupted. Can you please make a test with the one I have attached ? Hope this can help

thanks for your reply.. but sir, i use PS CS5 to export/save as png file..

then how that header could get corrupted? :(

and also all other programs (my image viwer, winows explorer) all show that image in correct size (256x256)..only your softwre does not :(

I am not an Incomedia Website X5 support member but a user like you Laughing

You are right : the downloaded copy of your image App-06.png was 256x256 as seen on the Windows Explorer properties of the files. That's true. But when opening the file using Serif DrawPlus X5, there were 341x341. I only had to rescale the image to 256x256 and to save it.

I am not a user of PS CS5 so I won't be able to help you with this software. Perhaps could you check with Adobe's support team ?
