Upgrade with new e-mail  en

Hello! I upgraded from X8 to X9, and I'd like to use a new e-mail address to access Answers, instead of old one from X8. However, activation throws out error 331 if I enter my recent login and password. Can it be helped, or do I have to use old email anyway?

Hello C,

When you install an upgrad the program automatically verifies if on the email you are usign is already presen the licence of the previous version otherwise it will not work.

If you want to use a new email you will need to write me the Product Key/ Licence Code of Version 8 so i move it to this new email and then you will be able to install the upgrade to Version 9.
