Program does not start

hey i have the same problem? when i try to open the program, it freezes on creating wizard manager and thats it... i have uninstalled it many times and installed it over and the program only opens the first time i install it and then once i close it, it never opens again,, it freezes on the little open window where it says "creating wizard manager"... please advice asap

Try to uninstall the program again and remove also the .Net Framework 3.5 and then download the .net cleanup tool and run it: http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
When the tool has finished install the .NET Framework again from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150
When the .NET Framework is installed again then install also WebSite X5 again and check if it works.
