Slow preview for mp3, mp4 on win 8

I'm so habby to working vith website X5 version 8 and 9 so of course i must have version 10 .
But now starts all the problems to slow preview.
I can't preview mp4 video in version 10 ok in version 9
My mp3 won,t auto start in version 10 ok in version 9
When i som times try preview my windows 8 make a total crash with version 10 newer seen that with version 9
I attach 1 file one opload with version 10 and one with version 9 exactly the same site but not the same result.
conclusion i work with version 9 for now .
of course you will find a solution.

Related to the crash, please be sure to send to Incomedia the crash report when you are prompt to do it.
I see your screenshot and the v10 image seems to be resized and all the image is not very clear, a part of it, I didn't get the issue of that image.

The image is not resized it look exactly like this
I have read the faq and if i change my mp4 to wmv and my mp3 to wmv it run
But tell me why the problem is in version 10 and not in version 9.
Upgade from 7 to 8 super from 8 to 9 super super
Tell me what shall i use version 10 for what can it do for me if i have to change every thing
and where is HTML5 gallery or is it default a HTML5 gallery

the previw of Evolution 10 behaves like a real browser now, so you are getting the real result of your website while in Evolution 9 the preview was less simillar to a real browser.
What did you have to change other than your video? By the way, did you mean you just changed the extension of your file or you converted them into wmv?
In Evolution 10 every gallery is in HTML5.

ok so what I see in the preview are exactly what will appear online this is super.
Files were converted and it's great to hear that all galleries are HTML5.
With respect to the attachment so I'll try and put it all up again and see what happens
