With the new version 10, is there a tool i can use to display data sent the database from forms (email form) on another page in my website? Thank youpage in my website? Thank you

Hello Francis,
Yes & No : you can, exactly as with the older version, publish your pages with the .PHP extension. Inside those pages you can insert a HTML & Widget block with the PHP include sentence to request data from your database.
If you don't know about, you should search the web for a comprehensive tutorial. It is very easy to make such requests.
