Field Type In Order Form - Customer Details

Is there any possibility of having a "Single choice" or "multiple choice" field type in the fields list of the order form ?
I think about a field like "Select your distributor/vendor" out of a predefined choice list. It looks like the fields list of the order form are all "text" type fields.
Do I have access to the html code of this order form ?

Hi Jacques,
field can only be added within the contact form of the E-mail Form object.
It is not possibile to add further fields inside the Shopping cart's order form.
