Hi.
Pulldown menu dont work in iPad or iTouch.
See my page: www.logiciel.com.ar.
In "Servicios", or "Logiciel Universal", or "Biblioteca", there is a pull down menu.
I made it with Website X5 Ev 10.

Hi.
I just checked on my iPhone, which is version 6.1.3, that is, the most current available.
The same applies to the iPad, with the latest version: to play in the options they have a menu pulldown, it does nothing, as if not to touch.
That is, I can not use the site on a touch device.

Please, simply go to my website (http://www.logiciel.com.ar) from an iPad, or iPhone, or iTouch, and "touch" in "Servicios", or "Logiciel Universal". You will see that nothing happend.
But go to the same option in a PC or Mac, and the pulldown menu work fine.

I tested your dropdown menu on different mobile browsers and it was always working.
Can you please check if the javascript option is deactivated on the browser?
