Problem creating an designer tool e commerce

Am I entitled to the discounted price when Upgrading to the v10 evolution from V8 evolution, I have always used websitex5 and I am a believer of the simplicity of it's userability, I have been told it can work with widgets and mobile devices, I have a few questions to ask prior to buying :
1st. Could you please show me any links of a fashion e commerce site using version 10
2nd. I would like to build a fully working e commerce site based on the site shown here : http://www.owayo.com/main.php?sport=football&product=shirts&dl=fussballtrikots&lang=en&gclid=&confid=
3rd. Does your company provide the service of creating the site I have enclosed and if so how much would it cost and finally
4th. Could you please indicate where I could find / buy the widgets to work with the version 10

There are many projects, for different categories and fields because the program allows to create every type of website with the internal functions. The HTML&Widget Object allows you to add external functions or custom html code.
