Please try to join the beta on http://beta.websitex5.com where you need to add your product code of V10. Once done start the program and you will see that there is an update available. Install it and then check if the gallery is working.

Please close the program completely and then check if in the Taskmanager the program is still running. Close it in the taskmanager too and then go in the installation folder of WebSite X5 v10 and start the program ImUpdate.exe
