Google verfication metatag !.....Not found

I have downloaded the metatag from google webmaster tools and copied it to the expert section in general settings. I can see it on my web site in the upper left corner "www.opstrengning.com". I uploaded but google then comes back with:
Not Found The requested URL /google6ec2189ddc6f5c66.html was not found on this server.
What do I do wrong ?

If you have downloaded the code file from google upload it onto your server via FTP client the follow the google instructions to make sure it works any problems let me know.
