Cpu were website x5 is installed crashed. Can i re install the software in another computer? The program is currently installed in two of my cpus but one crashed. So when i buy a new cpu i would like to reinstall the program in the new cpu can i do it with the same license?

i need  a backup of the software in another cpu because of problem such as this might occur again
