Google translate widget does not translate everything?

As you can see it translates only parts not the footer menu, not the main menu.
The sub menu is translated so why not the main menu etc?
I read in another topic that it does not translate the menu because it is an image, yet the sub menus are translated? The footer menu is not an image eather, so why is this happening?

Welches ist die Ursprungs Sprache von der Website ? Vermutlich haben sie ein Sprachen Gemisch in den Menu-Bezeichnungen. Google kann nur übersetzen, was im Text in der Originalsprache erkannt werden kann. In google translat auf der Website von Google, können Sie auch individuelle Übersetzungen voregeben für ihre Website.

The original language is Dutch. I understand the issue with Google translate i.c.w. translating images/menubuttons etc.

I will make two projects and link them. Google translate does not seem enough, the footer, menu, shoppingcart options need to be in more then one language and Google translate wont do that so....
