Is this the first time you have tried to upload your website?  If so then you may need to configure your server before you can proceed.  It may be that you need to change what is know as the CHMOD permissions on the folder(s) you are attempting to upload to on your web server.  You can usually do this yourself using your host's control panel, or alternatively you could ask your host to do it on your behalf.

You need to ensure that the folder/directory that you have specified in your FTP settings in Step 5 physically exists on your server, and that you have permission to write as well as read from the same.

We recently moved our website to One.com, we use websitex5 to edit our site now I want to upload to the internet and than I get the above mentioned message.
