This suggests a configuration issue on the server provided by your webhost.

The captcha function makes use of PHP code which must be correctly installed on the server.  In addition you must have write access to certain folders on the server.  Your error message suggests the folder permissions are set incorrectly, and that you do not have write access at present.

However, I visited your site at costase.gr and the captcha is visible on that site.  Are you building an additional site on a different server?  If so then you need to check with your host that the server settings match that of the one on which costase.gr is hosted.

If you press the F1 key whilst in the Email Form Object screen in v9 then you can read further about the captcha, etc.
