Come on..... someone knows how to do this.
Makea duplicateof the template,thenit should be possible

Open up X5
Select Template or create New
Select 'Header' in 'Page Section' of the 'Custom Template' page
Width & Height are set in the 'Size' area, tis option is set for all the web pages in the site in the 'Header' option only.
