Hello Oleg,

Yes, this is easily achieved in Step 2 - Sitemap Creation.  In the 'Map' column click once on each page which you wish to hide in the menu, then click the icon 'Hidden Page in the Menu' which is located on the toolbar at the top.  You can hide as many or as few pages as you wish in this way  -  obviously if you are creating a one-page site then you will only need to hide the Home page.
