Videos not playing on webpages when accessed from a normal PC

Dear Team I am sending you link for the problem area.
http://wisdomhall.in/free-video-trainings.html The Video are only playing on Mobiles and Tabs.
Not on normal PC web browsers.
Videos Uploaded in Mp4 format.
Please Please sort this out.

Hello Hemant,
The videos play fine in Google Chrome.
They show as 'Buffering' in Internet Explorer 10.
What encoding does your MP4 file have? It must be H.264 video and AAC audio.
