Capatcha in email not working

Hi,
I have a problem , I have two e-mail forms on My site but 'captcha' doesn't appear to work.
It doesn't matter how manytries I have no go , one of them is here - I'm using ver 10

Hello John,
I've visited your link and tested the captcha function in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. In both cases it worked as expected. I wonder if you have a localised problem?
What browser are you using?
What's the nature of the problem? Does the captcha not show in your browser? Or are you unable to send email even with a correct character match? Or something else?

Hi Paul M,
I'm using Firefox and when I enter the required characters Captcha says they don't match no matter how many times I try. However having read your answer I tried IE and it works OK so it looks like it's to do with Firefox. Think I will try Opera and see what happens, will let you know.
