Vertical and horizontal menu

Hi everybody
I created a horizontal menu in the header file using the insert, I can not figure out how to make the text in the horizontal menu appeared when hovering the mouse is to the fore, as in the vertical menu, see attachment. Can you advise please?

Hello Daniel,
To have the mouse over effect you will need to use custom html code otherwise it will not work if you added it step 1 in the header section.
