I cant find how to make a "Join" page like you have on the "tees" demo site. Please help I would like to add this feature. I would like visitors to be able to create there own user ids and passwords as well as to choose to subscribe to a newsletter and other offers.

This is just a form that sends you an e-mail. You have to add the customer by hand and send the newsletter yourself by adding this mail to a group in your own mail account or something like that.
