The FTP Adress can be found in the personal profile on the website of your webhosting. In case you have the hosting space on one.com you need to login in your one.com account and there you will find the ftp address. In any case you need to contact the hosting provider because only thy can provide you this information. In most cases it is as example:

ftp.yourwebsite.com

If you used your hosting code to get the free 1 year hosting offer then you will already have an account on one.com and there you will find all the informations like the ftp address, username and password.
