Youtube thumbnails missing

Hello
In the latest V9 updates, Youtube functionality seems to not work correctly. When I copy and paste my code into the Toutube link box, some of the thumbnails are missing from the the videos so that there is just a blank screen in the box. Also the videos seem to pre load, and I have had a few complaints that it is effecting some peoples internet usuage?

Is there another method that will work better, as it appears on my Youtube channel where it displays as it should there?

Hello Jason,
You can use the embed code you find directly in the youtube page of the video by pasting this code in the html&widget object in step 3.
In this way it will show automatically the Youtube Video Player.

In the HTML&Widget Object you don't need to paste the link but you need to go on the youtube video and then click on Share and then choose Embed code and you will get a code like this one to add in the object:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/J6j7uhIeumc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
