Hello Sharon,
Can you please write the link to your website and tell me with which browser it is not working?
Many thanks!

Hello Sharon,
Please update your program from its current version (8.0.9) to the very newest release (8.0.16) then reupload your project to your web server to see if your issue is then resolved.

Your slideshow currently shows correctly in Google Chrome but not in Internet Explorer.
Let us know how you get on.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hi Paul
I have just updated to 8.0.16 and reloaded the file but still no luck on internet explorer.
Thank you for persisting with this problem.
Any more ideas?
Kind Regards
Sharon Taylor
Hello Sharon,
Thanks for updating to the newest release... always a good thing to do, and helpful to rule out any issues with the earlier software.
Having done some further testing it appears that your issue is confined to Internet Explorer. Your site will display correctly if viewed in Internet Explorer with Compatibility View switched on. I have just done exactly that and the slideshow displayed fine in IE10. See the following webpage for further details:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10
Not much more you can do about this really, apart from forcing Compatibility View on the client browser in a similar way to the technique described in this article:
http://blog.codefluententities.com/2012/09/28/how-to-enable-ie-9-compatibility-mode-for-your-website/
Rest assured, it's not a WebSite X5 issue as such.
Hope this helps.

Hi Paul
Thank you. I have set my compatability view on and the slideshow is working.
I'm not confident enough to add the address suggested on the blog you sent me, to force the compatability view to switch on to our viewer's computer. I think I am asking for trouble.
I will leave it as is.
Thanks Again
Sharon
