like if we update facebook facebook like page it has to appear in all pages like header and footer appears in every page
Everything you add in your header and footer appears in every page of your website.
You need to add it in the ''edit template graphic section'' in Step 1.

I want to add some content in middle of the page and it has to be appear in every page not in header and footer
Then unfortunately, you can not add it automatically, you can though, simply copy the page (in Step 3 - Page creation) and paste it then modify the rest in order to create all the other pages in your website. Each page will then have that in the middle.
