This normally tells that the program has been cracked or not correct registered . . .

I bought this program 2 years ago and I worked without any problem.

When I made an update of Ver8 then all problems started.

I have to make changes to the site and I can't right now because the program has been crazy.

I also bought the new version V9.

Two versions are installedsimultaneously.

Is anything I can do right now?

I am very disappointed from WebsiteX5 help desk... Nobody helps me.. I realy have a problem but no one gave me an answer to it.

And after saving project (made with 8.0.16) import to v9 and tell us what happened . . .

-> import from a v8.0.16 project shall work more correct - while 8.0.9 is too old

(I assume you are using v8 and v9 EVO - otherwise you can get problems too)

Remember:

v9 is working with HTML 5 - so better change to UTF-8 instead charset=windows-1253

I try to uninstall the 2 programs with "Your Uninstaller" , so after the uninstall ,registry is cleaned.

Is any other methodproposedforuninstall the two programms and reinstall them?

You have a registration problems, so

• uninstall the programs and delete the folder that ramains.

%PROGRAM FILES%\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution

• Delete the incomedia folder in:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Incomedia   (in Windows Vista/7)

• Reboot

• Then download the last version of the software by the "Download" page in your User Profile.
• install the software and start the register.
