Hi, I have upgraded from v9 and have downloaded v10 but it wont run! i get the message" An error ocurred while running the program. please reinstall the program, (which i have done) Access to path C:/Users/Rdachel........ect is denied. please help!

Hello Rachel,
This sounds like you don't have 'administrative privileges' on the user account which you are using whilst attempting to install.
To solve this you need to either run the setup file as an administrator, or alternatively log on to your PC using an alternative account which has administrative rights.
In the first instance try right-clicking on the setup file and selecting 'Run as Administrator' from the pop-up menu.
