Hi I have installed template pack 102, but every time I want to open my template pack 102 it says it did not install properly and ask me for the product key. I have done this 3 times and it still does not work

Hello Michael,
please delete the template pack from your computer then install again and start it as admin. Once you have completed the registration, you will find your template pack in the program.
