Cannot upload website. I get a message saying 'connection error; it is not possible to complete the operation [FTP_GetCurrentDirectory] Before this message appears the address bar says Incomedia (not responding). The problem for me is that all of my settings (password etc.) are saved & I never change anything. The only thing I considered that might have changed would be my anti-virus & firewall so I tried uploading with them switched off but it made no difference. I've read other suggestions & tried them all (turning off passive ftp & removing the ftp. from the address.
