HELP - Project gone

HELP!
In order to fix a problem we CTRL/F5-ed and now our whole project is gone.
Yesterday we used CTRL/F5 to fix a problem. The problem was fixed and we exited the software as we always do - we noticed nothing strange. Today, our whole project is gone. The website is still online, but within our software, there is no trace of the project (see attachment).
We need help to fix this!
