I believe you didn something wrong with your settings and inorder to resolve the issue this is what you need to do.

First.. Did you choose to recieve notification via Email or CVS if you choose email then you will be able to receive the user list of orders and other notifications but if you choose CVS then you need to check your server files to see the order. 

Kindly check of this solve your problem..

Try also to open step 4 - data management and there change the email script type and once done export the project again to see if with another script you receive the emails. Check also in the spam folder and also with another email to see if there you receive them.

I have experienced the same recurrent problems with my sites loosing the order emails to us for no apparent reason - and it can be a bit embarrassing when you are running an e-commerce site and trying to look professional...

I initially changed screen the email script type to "low quality server script" in the preferences on the start-up screen but the problem reoccurred; I now think (hope) I have now run the problem down to the version of PHP the server was running - my server is now running v5.4.15 and I have only had one reoccurrence of the problem that seemed to be down to a mail server problem as the e-mail to us turned up several days later.

I have now upgraded to the X5 pro version as it gives the option to save the orders in a database so even if the email to us gets lost again we should still have a record of it in the database though I haven’t had a reoccurrence of the problem yet to check this out...

Thanks Mark - you are right it is very embarrassing. I get the buyers email address from PayPal then, I have to email them to see what they ordered. I am afraid it give them a fear of security issues. I am also running pro. I use GoDaddy I will check on what version of PHP they are running and if I have any hope of getting them to change. I have several websites using a third party software contact screens "Simfatic" by the way, I highly recommend the product. As far as I know, I consistently get emails from them. I will change the Script Option and hope it helps.

No the image needs to be added directly in the program.

Do you want to import a different csv file for the new products or you edit the original to add the new products?

Hello Paul,

you can add the border for object text in the cell style in step 3, select the object and click on the "style cell" in the toolbar and set the border.
